Join us for a ½ day Workshop/Retreat , dedicated to the pivotal points in our lives that are difficult to navigate while at the same time exciting to think about new beginnings. Midlife brings changes in relationships, our bodies, career shifts, and endings, which all bring up emotional and mental overwhelm. During this time we’ll explore taking care of what we need most right now through restorative practices and journaling through reflective questions to embody a new perspective.

What you’ll experience:

Restorative Yoga: Begin your journey with a restorative yoga session. This practice focuses on deep relaxation and mindful breathing, allowing you to unwind and center yourself. Suitable for all levels. Kristin will guide you through poses that promote physical and mental relaxation.

Expressive Writing: Following Yoga, you’ll engage in a discussion led by Kristin along with journal prompts. You’ll explore your thoughts and emotions, gaining insights into your inner world. Writing material provided, so all you need to bring is an open mind and the curiosity to explore.

Serene Environment: Our setting provides the perfect location for retreat. Located across from the home of artist Georgia O’Keeffe. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings as you take time for yourself, away from the distractions of daily life.
