“Change is easy. It’s thinking about it that’s hard.”
I heard that once. It took me 30 years to understand it.
Now I help women tap into the courage to act on it.
Something called you here. Maybe it's been whispering for a while.
You've done a lot of things right. You've been strong, capable, responsible. And still — something feels unfinished. Like the most important part of you has been waiting for permission to show up.
I know that feeling. I lived in it for 30 years. And I know what's waiting on the other side of it.
Let’s talk—Book a discovery session
This is for the woman who is ready to stop hiding.
Not hiding from people — hiding from herself. From what she really wants. From the version of her life, the one she keeps pushing to someday.
I work with women who are in the middle of a remake — after a divorce, an empty nest, a career shift, the disconnect from their bodies, a move, or simply the moment when they realized the glass wasn't half full, it was just the wrong glass.
We do the deep work together. Values. Identity. Habits. Courage. And we use every tool I have — Ayurveda, breathwork, yoga, and honest conversation — to help you move from stuck to fully YOU.
This isn't a program. It's a process. And it starts wherever you are.
How we work together.
Every woman I work with moves through the same six stages—not on a schedule, but in her time, with her story as the map.
R-Rediscover who you were before the hiding started
E-Engage with what you actually want — not what you've settled for
M-Move through the stories and identities that no longer fit
A-Align your life with what feels true right now
K-Know yourself — take the time to listen to you
E-Embody the woman you're becoming, fully and out loud

A NOTE FROM KRISTIN
I didn’t plan to be a coach. I just couldn’t keep quiet
In 2018, I heard a voice — clear as anything — that said I was going to teach courage. At the time, I was still figuring out what that meant. A few years, a divorce, and a cross-country move later, I finally do. I moved to New Mexico with no plan, no connections, and no idea what came next. Just a strong feeling that something was waiting for me here. That's not different from where most of my clients start. If you're in that place right now — where you know something needs to change but you're not sure what or how — I'd love to talk.
With Love,
Kristin
